Pilot Scheme is how Bristol singer-songwriter and Edinburgh Fringe actor Steve James experiments, fusing stand-up and twisted soul with good hooks and butt-shaking rhythms. Expect Indie-croon, story/tune goth/froth, punky,speaky-singy, cabaret-groove, and so forth… Oh, and a warm irony the right side of snarky. And a nice line in audience participation.
